The Center on Conscience & War provides a wide range of counseling and
legal services. To military service members, we provide free counseling on issues such as
CO discharges, AWOL consequences, and Entry Level Seperation information. The Center also
assists youth with questions regarding draft registration and getting out of the Delayed
Entry Program.

The Center maintains up-to-date information on legislation that affects conscientious
objectors everywhere. We are continuously asked for information on our constituency by
concerned representatives in Congress, in the Administration, and in the international

CCW administers the Fund for Education and Training (FEAT), a loan program for
individuals who are barred from receiving state or federal financial aid because of their
conscientious refusal to register with the Selective Service System. FEAT makes loans of
up to $2,500 per year for qualified applicants. The loan program is sustained by
individual contributions and loan repayments.
